This homeowners association, pool equipment room had been quite neglected. You can see from the photos that the chlorinator and flowmeter were buried under some sand. Also, the pressure gauge and return line effluent gauge were pretty weathered so we replaced all of these items so we can keep this pool on track. Hopefully the Pool Service provider will continue to maintain this properly so these issues don't happen again.
