This homeowner was selling their house and there were some flagged issues on the home inspection. None of the pool equipment was bonded and the GFCI receptacle for the pool lights was not working properly. After a simple test, it was determined that the GFCI receptacle was not grounded. We fixed the grounding issue and installed all of the proper bonding to connect all of the pool equipment.
